Ashenal96 #1 Posted November 12 Hey there, I've been trying to get an answer on this from customer support but I haven't been able to get through to them, so I figured I post it here. I've had a malwarebytes license for nearly two years for 1 device, and I've recently gotten a laptop and wanted to install on the laptop as well but I cannot seem to find how to add more devices to my license. I know on sale, you can choose more than one device, but what about after sale? The only thing I can see is buying a whole new license on a different account, which makes no sense since it's considerably more expensive that way. Am I just blind? Is there a way to add more devices to my current license?

exile360 #3 Posted November 12 Greetings, I'm not certain what the available options are at the moment, however I do know that in the past you did have to purchase a new license or cancel your existing subscription and then purchase a new 2 device subscription in order to protect an additional device. That said, it is possible that this has changed and there may be new options available so please wait to hear back from Support to see what options they can offer you. I'm sorry that I couldn't be more helpful, unfortunately we do not have direct access to licensing and sales here on the forums, but Support should be able to guide you to the best solution. If there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know. Thanks
