PUP.OPTIONAL.MYSEARCHDIAL

I've had this on my computer for a long time now and it just keeps coming back. Every time I do a scan, it looks like there won't be any threats and then all of a sudden it says 1 and then at the last second it jumps to like 10 or 12 threats. When I quarantine the threats it closes my chrome browser. If I rerun the scan without chrome open, there are no threats. If chrome is open the same process repeats.

It's very annoying. Plus, the language used("sync data, web data, log, lock, current, old, manifest") I find to be pretty worrisome and quite unsettling. Please help!!

Thank you so very much for your time.

P.s. I hope I've attached the initial logs correctly - please let me know if not/if you need more.

Your logs are clean of malware.

This is what I suspect is causing these items to re-spawned.

If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices check this out.

Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.
