Why isn't my 3.8.3 Premium automatically upgrading to 4??

It will in time, however new versions are metered out to users gradually over time, but if you wish to avoid the wait you may open Malwarebytes and navigate to Settings and click on the Install Application Updates button and the new version should be downloaded and offered to you to install or you may download and install it manually from here if you prefer.

Hello Googloo.

Just to add a bit more:  Malwarebytes as a matter of practice does not auto-upgrade when there is a new VERSION of the program.
You however can pull it down and do the Upgrade, like listed by Exile360.
I'd like to also point out, that each new Version release is announced by a pinned Topic announcement at the top of this sub-forum

That type of pinned notice has directions on how to manually get the setup-program.   There is never a charge for program Upgrades.
