serviceplus.us.sony.biz suspicious tld

Hi: 

In need to update drivers for sandisk card readers; when i go to support sandisk send me to https://serviceplus.us.sony.biz but then browser guards blocks the attempt as it interprets the website as having a suspicious tld. any takes on this ? is this a false positive or something ???  btw, i check the site @ virustotal and then @ trendmicro safety center with safe results.

All ".biz" top level domains (TLD) are blocked by default and must be individually whitelisted after researching them due to the large number of such sites that are malicious.
