Hi Jayded.      :welcome:

The Malwarebytes for Windows scan found NO malware;   no P U P.

Scan Type: Threat Scan
Scan Initiated By: Manual
Result: Completed
Objects Scanned: 273920
Threats Detected: 0

The initial display on Task Manager needs to be discounted.  You need to allow it a few seconds to settle in.

See this thread about exactly this same behavior

Comp has been louder than usual lately

How / where is it louder ?   Is it perhaps a squeaky sound from the exhaust fan ?

Or is it sound sound like the system hard drive ?

Try to pin it down.

Check all around the system.  Be very sure that the exhaust vents are clear & clean.   No dust bunnies.

How old is the hardware ?

Is it a laptop / notebook, or is it a desktop or mini-tower type ?

Added notes:

Re-reviewed the reports you had provided.  What follows are various tips about apps that showed to be running.

Chrome browser had many tabs open.   Close the tabs you do not need & close & Restart Chrome.

Trim down on running apps.  For the time being, exit out of Discord.

Iobit driver booster is shown as installed & running.  You do not need it.  You should get drivers directly yourself as needed;  from either the software publisher or the hardware maker.

Driver updaters are considered a special kind of system optimizers. These so-called “system optimizers” use exaggerated scan results or sometimes even intentional false positives to convince users that their systems have problems. Then they try to sell you their software, claiming it will remove these problems.

You have Avast antivirus & Malwarebytes.  You do not need "Spyhunter".  As I understand it, it does not do any 'cleanups' unless you have paid for it.

Uninstall it if you have not paid for it.

There are 2 tasks or auto-started applets related to Winzip.    WinZip UN   & WinZip PreLoader

They do not need to be auto-started with each Windows startup.

Doing some trimming and uninstalling what you do not need will help out.

I would encourage you to apply these tips / cleanups / trim-down on auto-started apps.

.

The Malwarebytes for Windows reported no malware.   I would suggest one scan run with the Avast antivirus.
