Multiple Browser Add-Ons

Recommended Posts

I run Malwarebytes Premium & Emsisoft Anti-malware, they both have a browser add-on. Any way to test if I have both installed and causing a problem?

Malwarebytes Premium doesn't install any browser add-ons so you should be fine as far as that goes.  Malwarebytes Browser Guard is a browser add-on, however it is a separate application from Malwarebytes Premium.  With that said, Malwarebytes Browser Guard does share some of the same block lists for malicious sites as the Web Protection component in Malwarebytes Premium so you can test to make sure that Web Protection and/or Malwarebytes Browser Guard is/are working by trying to visit iptest.malwarebytes.com which should be blocked.

I hope this helps, and if there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know.
