Renewal purchased but system continues to prompt renewal

I purchased my annual renewal and when I attempted to input the new key code, the system said it was already in use and my computer continues to prompt me to renew.  Is there someone from Tech Support who can help me with this mystery? Thanks!

I would go to your account and deactivate it and wait a bit and reactivate the key again in the program.

Find my premium license key

Create your My Account profile

Once setup is complete, you are logged into My Account, where you can:

    manage your subscriptions
    view your order history
    retrieve your license keys
    deactivate your licenses
    download the latest Malwarebytes software
    update your billing information

Your My Account profile only shows purchases registered to your login email.  You must set up a new My Account login for each email address you have registered with Malwarebytes.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to check on my progress. The only option I see is delete my account which is found under the subscription tab; however there was a dialog box hiding the "activate" tab. Once dismissed I attempted to activate and received an error message "unable to activate", and now I see the "deactive" option. I clicked deactive and received a completion notice. I waited but it did not deactive and I receive again and again the same error message, "unable to activate". Please help because I'm about to contest the renewal charge with my credit card company and go with another product. Thanks.

Update: I uninstalled Maywarebytes and downloaded it again and the key code was accepted, as well as the product successfully scanned by computer. However, when logged on, the system says "0 of 1" devices are available. Shouldn't it say 1 of 1 device is available. Oh my gosh, this shouldn't be this difficult. :( Please advise.

0 of 1 means you are using the license on your one available computer. You can not use the same key on any other computer at the same time.
