You might also find it faster to contact whichever e-commerce vendor handled your transaction directly.  The order lookup service for Cleverbridge can be found on this page and you'll find the same for 2Checkout on this page.

If you aren't certain which one handled your transaction you may either try both, or you can contact Malwarebytes Support as suggested above.
