The existing code for my current device does not work when used on my second device (an android phone). Instructions on doing so can be found in this support article.Once that is done you should be able to see your license and the device(s) it is currently active/installed on along with the number of available devices. You will find information on how to manage your licenses in your account in this support article.If you need to deactivate one of your previous devices/installations to free up a license for your Android device, you will find instructions on how to do so in this support article. If you still have trouble getting it to work properly, or if you wish to seek a refund for your purchase then please contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and they will assist you directly via email.
