Greetings,

Please post a scan log showing the detection so that we may see exactly what is being detected.

Thanks

Thanks.  According to the log it was a Chrome URL entry, which I'm guessing means either a website stored in your favorites/links bar, or browsing history.  If it keeps returning then it is possible that it happens because you visit the site between scans or because Chrome is restoring it at some point after it has been removed.  If you don't visit that site regularly then the latter is most likely the case and you should be able to resolve this by following the instructions found in this topic.

Please let us know how it goes and if the issue is resolved or not.

Thanks

Sure, just be aware that some PUPs are more hazardous than others.  For example, search redirectors and spyware trackers, not to mention cryptocurrency miners (the latter of which can definitely hinder system performance, and the former of which can compromise system functionality as well as your overall security and privacy), but that said, based on the site that it is, I don't think it is anything nearly that dangerous so it likely is a minor threat at best.

Anyway, if you continue to have trouble or if you notice any other symptoms of possible infection and want to get the system checked just to make sure then you may read and follow the instructions in this topic and then create a new topic in the malware removal area by clicking here and one of our malware removal specialists will assist you in checking and cleaning the system of any threats.  That likely isn't necessary though, but I just wanted to provide the option just in case you do run into any more serious issues in the future.

If there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know.

Thanks
