[ RESOLVED ] Fake Devices on my account

Recommended Posts

Over the last few days my account has had fake devices appearing on my account which has stopped the Premium version working on my PC. I have lifetime licenses for 2 devices; my laptop is ok.

See screen shot attached (licence numbers removed). Despite removing the 2 devices that are "fake", and when removed I cannot activate the license on my PC and get a "blacklisted license" message. The fakes  sometimes re-appear.

I have put in a support ticket (2708788) but still waiting for a solution.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Hi @TerryM

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago with my lifetime license.

Just wait for the answer from support: in my case, they blacklisted my compromised license and gave me a new (lifetime) license key.

The whole procedure lasted a few days but all is well and clean now when I visit My account.

Hope this helps ...
