For those three, the s.put.re site is blocked.

The service was block-free for a while but now again it's blocked.

Please, can it be un-blocked?

Blocking of s.put.re resumed a few weeks ago, I believe.

Please, can the block be lifted again?

Related site https://put.re/ does have an unmistakable link to https://put.re/removal-request for removal of offending content; and the Terms of service are reasonable.
