Greetings,

I don't know why the site is being categorized as malicious so a member of the Research team will have to address that, however the number for each items under the statistics just represents the number of items of each type that have been blocked in the last 30 days, meaning any connection attempts to any advertisement would each be counted as 1, and any attempts to visit any site categorized as malware would be counted as 1 for that category.  For example, here is what mine shows currently:

stats.png.803f2a194bc647b1dee14e1fec07e2dd.png

As you can see, mine has blocked mostly ads and trackers which is pretty typical given how common those things are, both usually being present multiple times on most websites these days.

I'm sorry but opening your site in an unprotected browser resulted in the following threat.  I  will be submitting your site for further review to see what's up. As such until it can be cleared we will not be removing the block at this time.

Yikes, total tech support scam.  I didn't actually visit the site since I wasn't sure what it was.  Thanks for checking Ron.  If the site has been hijacked, I hope it gets cleared up quickly.

That's not a legitimate ad, its a tech support scam. You are being blocked by our main product as well, as verified on Saturday. The block must remain in effect.

Ok, please help I am a noob.
Maybe it was shown once is that reason to be so harsh and for an immediate block?
I did not see that even with unprotected browser. And I would appreciate some help what can I do.
Contact my ad provider and tell them what?
How to resolve this?

I don't mean to sound harsh.  I apologize if you took it that way.  We have been having discussions about this.  Based on this, I just added a whitelist entry for wpmovies.96.lt.  There are other subdomains on 96.lt that have malware on them, but this specific one appears OK.  It may take up to an hour for the block to be removed.  Give it a few minutes and try it again.  Please let us know if it is accessible then.

With regard to the screenshot you sent, that is a classic tech support scam.  No ad provider would supply that.  If you search for "tech support scam" on the forums, you will find several examples of this that are often word-for-word what you posted in the screenshot.  There could be nooks and crannies on that server that are infected that have nothing to do with you, and sometimes fine tuning the blocks can be a challenge.  Hopefully it will be better from this point forward.
