Just looked deeper at My.Malwarebytes and noticed that this laptop is not listed. Two other names are there. I think my key has been used by other people.

Can you tell Support to issue another lifetime key for me

After all negative reviews don't hurt me.

True enough, but I don't think it's helping anyone either.  The issues going on with licensing are not deliberate and have everything to do with the Developers finally doing something about the rampant piracy that has been going on for years.  Unfortunately it means that a lot of perfectly valid licenses (including my own; yes, I've been through this myself) are failing validation and requiring manual verification by Support, however once they have done that for a license I don't expect that the issue will occur again.

Hello @KenW

Yes, the license listed in your Support ticket was compromised and is found online. As such the license was blacklisted. I've sent an escalation email to Support asking them to assist you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience while they get this resolved for you.

Ron

On another note "Ham Radio since 1957", how old were you when you became a Ham Radio Operator? I'm sure you have some good stories to tell.
