Lifetime license, but received cancelled email

It could be an issue with your license having trouble getting validated in the licensing system.  Please contact Malwarebytes Support and they should be able to aid you in determining what the problem is.  To do so, please fill out the form on the bottom of this page and they will work with you directly via email to get the issue resolved.
