Lifetime license, but received cancelled email

I have received an email indicating my subscription was cancelled. How is this possible? I have a lifetime subscription.

It could be an issue with your license having trouble getting validated in the licensing system.  Please contact Malwarebytes Support and they should be able to aid you in determining what the problem is.  To do so, please fill out the form on the bottom of this page and they will work with you directly via email to get the issue resolved.

I believe you have multiple subscriptions as well which would be a reason you've received the email. You can follow up with Support as @exile360 suggested and they can assist you.
