Greetings,

You need to remove the following entries from your HOSTS file in order for Malwarebytes to be able to activate and register your license properly:

Hosts File Blocks
==================================
Host data:    0.0.0.0                   telemetry.malwarebytes.com
Host data:    0.0.0.0 serius.mwbsys.com
Host data:    0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com

Instructions on how to reset the HOSTS file in Windows can be found in this Microsoft support article.

Please let us know if the issue still occurs after resetting your HOSTS file and restarting your computer.

Thanks

Greetings,

It isn't being blocked in your HOSTS file so I'm not sure what the problem might be.  Please try waiting a couple of hours then try activating the software with your license again to see if it works.  If the problem still continues then please contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and they will assist you.

Thanks

@nghiadenn   It appears that there were 3 setup runs on the 15th.   As exile360 suggested, do wait a couple of hours prior to attempting a Activation of license.

If still no joy after waiting, then do this.

Do one Windows shutdown > Restart.

then

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Malwarebytes for Windows using the Malwarebytes Support tool.

Uninstall and reinstall using the Malwarebytes Support Tool

Let me know if that clears up the issue or not.
