CPU usage problems when moving mouse

Recommended Posts

Hi.
From last week, I noticed that my CPU usage is going up whenever I move my mouse. This is available for Windows Explorer process in Task Manager when I move it on desktop and in applications too.
I tried many fixes but none of them worked so far.

I hope someone will help me resolve this.

It's not related to mouse or his software since they've worked good since I reinstalled the windows.
