I'm completely new here and NOT a techie...

I believe that someone has hijacked or in some other way, has compromised my browser.

I've used many of the Malware removal tools on the Windows Repair Toolbox.

My Internet access is spotty on both Chrome as well as Firefox. Also, I've found that the horoscope on my Yahoo main page keeps changing from Aquarius to Leo without my permission. I've used Malwarebytes, Rkill, TDSKiller, Kaspersky, etc... Some of the apps shut down prematurely, others slow way d o....w ........ n and others simply show no infection at all...

I've also shut down my computer, disconnected my power as well as the cables to my modem, router and depressed the power button for 30 seconds with no lasting improvement...

The most common error message I get when the Internet is not accessible is: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG .

Kindly send any info to my email:

Is there a way that I can actually access someone phone number here so that any workaround can be accomplished utilizing voice as well as digital feedback?

Help!!
