Moved Management Console from old server and cannot activate the license

I am retiring the old server that I was using for the Management Console so I installed the software on a different server. I have removed the licenses from the old server and shut it off but I cannot get the New Management Console to accept the licenses. "There is a problem with your license key and we are unable to activate your license". I am copying the keys directly from the Malwarebytes website. Any guidance on getting this to work would be appreciated.
