Well, this week I had 3 customers that during the cleaning from s..t with adwcleaner, take away HP IMAGE something ......and the scanners hp no run more.....

I tried to ripristine quarantena app but nothing....no run more.....print, but not scan

I tried to reinstall all the hp multifuction printer to 2 customers and 1 that have only scanner, nothing.....the scanners no run more.....I must to reinstall windows and after printers and scanners hp

Absurd that the adwc now delete an HP app and no ripristine nothing!!!

It's better to eliminate from "dictionary" of adwc the hp products no??? otherwise a people cannot to use hp more.........

Thank you for reporting this issue.  With regards to the detection of preinstalled software, please refer to this blog article.  I will report this issue to the ADWCleaner Research team and hopefully get this issue corrected.

In the meantime if you have any scan logs showing these detections of the printer/scanner software from HP that could really help.
