Everything worked fine till I updated the app, after the update, it asked me to introduce the key code again. After I typed the key, I got hit with that message (I attached a screenshot).
I can't access the account to deactivate the other devices because I bought the license through another vendor. I bought it from G2A (The seller doesn't reply)
I opened a ticket on Malwarebytes, but that didn't help.
Can somebody help me?

Hello @alexp28

You should be able to locate and deactivate on all 3 computers from within the Malwarebytes program. The logs show that it was installed on all 3 computers on the same day. July 11, 2019

Then wait a few minutes and activate on the 1 computer you want to use it on.

You can create an account on your own from the link below and add your license key to your profile
https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login

Your My Account profile only shows purchases registered to your login email.  You must set up a new My Account login for each email address you have registered with Malwarebytes.

Using your browser, go to My Account to deactivate your license key.
Enter your email and password for My Account, then click SIGN IN.
If you do not have a My Account login, see:

Create your My Account profile: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1036

Click the Subscriptions tab.

Click on "add license"

Input your license ID and Key

Locate the license key you are attempting to deactivate, then click Deactivate all.

To confirm you would like to deactivate your devices, click CONTINUE

It is recommended that you deactivate all so that any unseen activations are reset. All devices that are activated and connected to the Internet will automatically try to reactivate themselves within 24 hours.

On July 11 the app updated itself. After I restarted the PC, it asked me the license key again. That's when I got hit with that error.
As I said, I can't access the account to deactivate the other devices because of the license, which, was bought through G2A. I can't register the license on my account because it's already registered on the seller's account.

Please be very very aware G2A is not a legitimate seller.  They are a known entity who sells bogus / pirated licenses.  G2A licenses are not valid.

If you have any more questions on that, take that up with Support.

Yes as Maurice says, i think you buy a false or fake license! G2A is a very well known scammer!

I see they do not sell them anymore as for now. I think your license have been sold 3 times, meaning 2 other persons have the same license as you have. I don't think malwarebytes support can help you with this as G2A is not a legitimate seller. But you can try anyway.

Can you log into your My Account page or not?
If not, what error do you get?

I can't log into it because it's not my account. The guy who sold me the license is the owner of the account. I created a new account to see if someone can help me with this problem.

The thing is that it worked for six months. I bought the license in December 2018 and in July 2019 I, updated the app. I didn't deactivate the license before the update, that's the problem.

The guy that have the account stays the owner, he/she can always deactivate your license so you can not use it anymore. While this guy use it for himself on other computer.

Yes it worked for six months, that is possible because only short time ago, Malwarebytes changed its licensing system to force only 1 license=1 system. Not three systems allowed anymore. So they guy who has your license on his account is the owner, not you. He or she can always put you out of Premium in Malwarebytes, and you can't do anything against that.
