Segurazo Anti-Virus Removal -- AdwCleaner stuck

Day 4, I'm approached with the same issue I've been trying to handle. I'm appalled. I've done my part. Holy motherload, is this exhausting, and quite frankly, irritating. I've researched all the seemingly required methods in order for proper removal of this "Segurazo Anti-Virus". Malwarebytes 3.8.3 has identified 729 threats and is currently still scanning. It has been scanning for over 1 hour and 30 minutes now. Along with AdwCleaner 7.4.0, which has been stuck on 67 items quarantined and it seems like the scanning process isn't moving forward. 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\distribution\extensions\abb-acer@amazon.com" - This is the item that AdwCleaner has been hauled on for a while now. 

Not as profound as staring at a lava lamp for almost 2 hours straight, but if I look at this thing long enough I'll eventually want to gouge my eyes out in anger. Help would be enormously appreciated.

I don't know if the situation has gotten worse, but computer screen kept freaking out and kept going black. At this point, I don't know what to do. I restarted my comp and Segurazo is still there, like an absolute sh*t-stain.

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).
Choose the 32 or 64 bit version for your system.
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Select Click the Choose a File.
Navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file. It will appear in section.
Click the Saving button.

Let me know what problems persists.
