 I recently bought my wife an Alcatel 7 inch tablet. when I began to add it to our 4 other devices MBam had many errors in their scan of the tablet which uses Android 8.1.0 I also need to add an HP EliteBook, but I gave up based on the inacurate scan of th tablet. The Techs Have always been vry good, but you have to do the@ticket@ and it someimes takes a week to resolve problems. I am too old and never learned to type, so the tickets and chats are hard for me .I have never felt anything but respect forMBAM        hope fullly it was because of the weekend and ther ws alot of lightning.       I will try again Monday, but they need phone support, but I understand why they dont, I do not live in merica but their product is good
