My lifetime license key (with user ID), bought from cleverbridge in 2009, is reporting as being blacklisted when attempting to activate to premium. The Malwarebytes subscription account page does show it as active though and not installed on any computer. I did submit a Support Ticket (2665819) on the 19th and have yet to hear back.

@Knightsword

We here on the forum can only just provide generic advice.  Only support can "un blacklist".   So stick with the ticket.

Just curious if you made any reply to the ticket in the interim ?  Don't reply unless it is something that is going to be helpful, like new information to your agent.

You will not lose the rights to the license.  Have renewed patience.

Curious on this , you noted

Does My Account show " 0 available of 1 " ?

and, by any stretch, has any other computer at your house been activated with the same License?

What had happening before all of this ....that occasioned for you the need to activate ?    Had you moved from old hardware to new ?  was there a failed upgrade ?

What is the history of the usage of this license?

Oops that was a typo, that should have been not active.

Please answer the other questions.  I am curious about the specifics in your case.

and, did you just look on MyAccount ?  if yes, does it show this license ( ID & key ) on there ?     ( just do not write on the forum your keys or Email address)

Further to that, How many times since and around the 19th, did you repeat trying to activate the License ?

Oh sorry about that, yes my key and and id are there. It was the update to 3.8.3 that happened on the 19th that I found it to be blacklisted, prior to that it worked fine. I had tried entering it manually and use the automatic process then on the 19th and tried both again today. I had replaced my HDD few months ago with a clone of the old drive, but it worked then.
