Did you try reinstalling the software? If restarting doesn't work, this is usually the result of the software being damaged somehow. Download the installer from here, and install right over the existing version of the software (no uninstall is necessary):

Also, support does exist... simply click the Support link at the top of the page anywhere on malwarebytes.com, and you'll find many support options. Clicking For Mac on the next page will get you to a page with an option to contact support:

Thank you -- problem solved!!  You might note that although support does exist, the landing page given to subscribers sends you to a page that gives you ton of options, but you have to fit into a predetermined problem, and this one wasn't one!  Thank again...
