I have requested that forum management move your post to its own topic so as not to detract from the OP and the efforts of others.

Hello @Kamui:

  1. Please restart that Windows 10 system into the usual Normal mode.  Do not launch any other user applications.
  2. Run the recently updated mb-support-1.4.1.623.exe utility again but instead, follow all the steps in the following procedure.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall using the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  4. Restart Windows 10 to Normal mode one additional time.
  5. Then, please reply to this topic with the then current status of that Malwarebytes for Windows (MB3).
