6 days with no reply on ticket

I am having an issue with the Lifetime License that I have not been able to fix (the ID is blacklisted). I entered a ticket on 7/13 with an image of the disk envelope that shows the License Key and ID. I got the automated response. Then on 7/14, i sent in an image of my invoice (from NewEgg) for that disk to the "reply" address for the ticket. I have not received any response about the ticket other than the initial automated response. I realize how busy things are right now, but I was wondering how much longer it might be to get the license un-blacklisted so I can register it. Ticket# 2659840.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

I'm sorry for the delay in getting a response to your ticket, however as you yourself noted, Support is quite busy these days so that likely is the reason for the delay.  That said, I will ping a member of Support to check on your ticket's status for you.

@AdvancedSetup would you please check the status of ticket number 2659840?
