Lifetime License Single Device Multiple Boot Partitions

I have been using malwarebytes since 2012 with a lifetime license, I have multiple boot partitions on a single PC/DEVICE for years, your support rep today told me that the license is indeed per device or  in my case per bootable OS drives, which is certainly not what I bought back in 2012, and yet you are still advertising it as per device licensing on the website, there is no mention of per bootable drive.
I haven't had an issue until the new licensing changes were made with the last update. I would very much like to have my 3 seats back please, I only have 4 days left on the trial.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

Please refer to the information in this pinned topic.  The ability to use the lifetime version across multiple (i.e. 3, and prior to that, 5) instances/installations was simply a form of grace built into the licenses to prevent them from being immediately blacklisted or disabled when a user moved their license from one device to another or reinstalled and reactivated the software after reformatting their system/reinstalling their operating system; it was never intended as a license to use the software in multiple instances simultaneously (even on the same device on multiple operating system installations or even within multiple virtual machines running in the same operating system) as the lifetime licenses were always sold as single seat licenses.  You may refer to the End User License Agreement included in the installer (just click the link that says End User License Agreement in the installer just above the Agree and Install button) which states the following (bold added for emphasis; note where it says number of copies of the software; it doesn't just specify the number of devices):

(b) Paid License. 
If you purchased a license to the Software from Malwarebytes or from a Malwarebytes authorized reseller, then conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Malwarebytes grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to Execute the number of copies of the Software for which you have paid solely in executable form on the corresponding number of Devices owned or used by you.

Thanks for that however, regardless of whether it was intended or not when the product was purchased in 2012 which was then called Anti-Malware Premium, this was one of the main reasons I went with malwarebytes over the others. it did not have that in the EULA, I am going to be lodging a complaint with the better Better Business Bureau.

You'll do what you will, however I'd also advise you to refer to your original purchase receipt if you still have it as it should state the same.  I understand your frustration having lost the ability to keep the software active across multiple installations, I'm simply explaining why this is no longer the case and the reason that it had been implemented the way it was in the past vs now where users are now able to deactivate their licenses/devices without having to contact Support to do so (thanks to the new My Account feature at My.Malwarebytes.com).
