So I've had this issue for a little while: my subscription auto renewed back in May but my Malwarebytes Dashboard continues to say that my subscription expired (and if I'd like to renew). Clicking the link only gets me the "You're all set" message. I verified with my credit card and Cleverbridge and it did renew.

So why am I still seeing this message with all my protections off??

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

Hi @dustbluemoon   :welcome:

As a first step, Please look at the status information on your MyAccount page  and see what all it says.

Assuming you bought licenses directly from Malwarebytes, you would have supplied a Email at the original purchase.

That same email is what you should use to login to Malwarebytes MyAccount.

https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login

If you have misplaced or do not have the password for that login, use the blue "Forgot password" link.

Keep in mind that the Email has to be valid and active.

 

The other information is How many seats does this subscription allow ?   How many are showing as Activated?

There are several help articles on the Support portal about the topic of licenses, de-activation, re-activation.

Still have this issue. Getting annoyed now.. Account showing 0 of 1 device activated... go to activate my license and just get an error message saying its expired... again it was renewed back in June. Getting annoyed now.

We here can only just provide generic advice.  We have zero visibility as to the status of your License.  The question I have:  Do you have a on-going active case/ticket with Malwarebytes Support ?

There are several help articles on the Support portal about the topic of licenses, de-activation, re-activation.

Patience is the watchword.
.
 I would encourage you, if you have not already done so, to create a Help Ticket with Support.   This forum can only provide you generic type help.

Please go to this link   https://support.malwarebytes.com/community/contactsupport/pages/home-support

Provide the detail and submit the ticket.

Do scroll down to the section “Create Ticket”.

Please double check that you supply a valid / properly spelled & correct Email  ( hopefully the same one you used at the time or original purchase).

p.s.  0 of 1 devices available indicates that MyAccount shows  1 license activation is in place.

PSS.   Please look at what MyAccount on your program shows at this point.

Lets please take things a bit slower.  slow and steady.

Your license was renewed thru Cleverbridge, as you wrote.  You are not going to lose here.  Some added patience is called for.

What does your Malwarebytes program show??     Malwarebytes >>> Settings >>> click tab "Account Details"

You are able to login into MyAcount.  What does that show exactly around the area of your license??   can you drill down more and look for the "DEACTIVATE"  ??

click the arrow-head icon towards the right side , if you have to, so that you see ALL detail  on the MyAccount screen

Look at this screen sample   ...  see that arrow ?
