Adding insult to injury, in the few days since I have submitted my support request, I have heard nothing from support regarding my case, but I have gotten spam from Malwarebytes. Speaks volumes.

With the volume of requests, Support is taking at least 3-7 days.

When did you submit ticket ?  I would allow 3 to 4 business days ( week days).

 

By the way, there is a first automated reply to each new ticket, on same day that the ticket is created.  a auto-reply.

Hello @MB_Victim and :welcome:

I'm showing that the license is currently in use and active. If you're going to move the license to another computer simply open Malwarebytes on the computer it is currently activated on and click on the Deactivate button. Then wait a minute and restart that computer.

Install the software onto the new computer and input the license information and activate it. There should not be an issue doing it that way. If you do run into any issues please let me know.
