YouTube blocked

Recommended Posts

Greetings,

I just checked and YouTube is working fine for me here.  Please make certain that you have installed the latest version of Malwarebytes as the previous version had some known conflicts with Web Protection whenever any sort of proxy, VPN or other web filtering type application was installed on the system that could affect internet connectivity.  The latest version can be downloaded by opening Malwarebytes and navigating to Settings>Application and clicking on the Install Application Updates button or by downloading and installing it directly from here.

If that does not resolve the issue then please do the following so that we may investigate the issue further:

  1. Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  3. Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Thanks
