Another blacklisted lifetime licence

I have a lifetime Licence and it comes up with it being blacklist I have sent 2 support emails one over 24hrs ago and still no reply

Tickets are 

Malwarebytes Support Ticket 2653882 and 00090396 - second one was with a copy of purchase and account

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

Hello Tom.

That message is an indicator that the license has been compromised.  It tends to mean that this same license is in use in several locations.

You truly need to have a Support ticket to get this cleared up.

You say you have support tickets already.   Provide all details of the original purchase, license number and proof of purchase.

Support will help and get things squared away for all verifiable legitimate licenses.

Since volume at Support can be very high, please allow 3 to 4 business days for an agent to get back with you on the ticket.

Just do not create more than one ticket.  Otherwise, its just adding to the loads, which is not good for anybody.

Hello @tom007

I'm sorry but the license you provided was not a valid license. It shows up as an illegally sold or traded license on a Russian social engineering site.

If you have valid proof of purchase please attach that document to your support ticket.

A support agent will follow up with you to correct any issues.

I am curious about your outcome. I recognize that German Cleverbridge address. Not in a good way.
