Reset Management console password

Hi, the server based management console password is not working for one of our customers, what is the process to get it reset?

I cannot login to that page to log a ticket! The account I am using on here is not accepted under customer login

You do not need to login to create a support ticket.  Simply fill out the form on the bottom of the page linked above and Malwarebytes Business Support will contact you via email.
