ANSWERED Blocking my business website

Recommended Posts

I'd like to report a false positive on my business website, which three separate people have told me is being flagged by Malwarebytes, even though I ran it through Google's safety checker and two other scanning sites and nothing came back.

My url is https://www.pikkoshouse.com.

The IP has been blocked for Spyware.HawkEye.

Please ask your hosting provider to move your website to another IP.

This is what I expected too, but they said I need to pay for a dedicated IP. I might try contacting another support person.

Be a little more forceful. It is not your fault they cant keep thier hosting clean.

You do not need a dedicated IP just a different one in a different range.

This is from my host:

That being said, it shouldn't be necessary, as I've had our Abuse and Security Team look into this IP address, and they have informed me that the IP is clean on all sources, and we didn't find any blacklistings. They also confirmed that the specific software being reported (Spyware.HawkEyeKeylogger) is not present on the server.
