Issue with License activation status

Melwarebytes updated.  At the end, it said there was an issue with my Premium Licence.

The program is now in a trail offer mode.

I tried to log onto "My Account"

It says that I already have an account, but it is not setup.  Will not go farther, no tips as to what it wants.

The site says I have to have an invite??  If I try to login, but all I get is the account is not set up.

Any help getting my Key would be appreciated.

I regret the issue you are having.

Is your license is a subscription or else a PRO lifetime one?
Is the license  activated on more than one machine?

 

As long as the program shows it is in Trial mode, it still protecting your pc with all the real-time protections, the same as in Premium.

Patience is the watchword.

 I would encourage you, if you have not already done so, to create a Help Ticket with Support.   This forum can only provide you generic type help.

Provide the detail and submit the ticket.

Do scroll down to the section “Create Ticket”.

Please double check that you supply a valid / properly spelled & correct Email  ( hopefully the same one you used at the time or original purchase).

Be sure to Select  “Need help activating a Malwarebytes product”.

I appreciate the responses  

It is a life time subscription. 

Only one the effected machine. 

I already opened a ticket. 

I think the site will not let me open a a My Account because it thinks I have no subscription.

Do stick with the support ticket.  If they have asked you to take an action, follow those directions.

And as long as your Program shows in Trial mode, the pc will still have the same protections as the Premium.

Obviously, if you could not login to MyAccount then you cant do anymore.
