MBAM and G Data Antivirus causes BSOD

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

It is my first post, so welcome everyone.

Recently I have installed G Data Total Security (minimal - only antivirus) along with Malwarebytes Antimalware Premium. A few weeks ago my Windows started to crashing with BSOD "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". Earlier when I used Webroot Antivirus and MBAM (before installing G Data) I did not experience such problems. Memtest86 shows that the memory seems to be fine (no errors - I run only one pass due to lack of my time) and the same is with Windows Memory Diagnostic. I don't want to abandon any of protection so the best scenario will be having both of the solutions (G Data and MBAM - because of good websites protection in Malwarebytes, which G Data does not have).

[update]

Today I've replaced memory modules with new ones and unfortunately still, I have the same problem with this BSOD.

G Data Company is being silent about my ticket about this problem and solutions from MBAM support team doesn't work.

I have to count on your knowledge guys since I have no idea what to do next except removing MBAM which I bought purposely for more stations. Unfortunately, in addition, I also incurred with new memory modules purchase costs, which finally turned out undamaged.

best regards.
