Scan is pending issue

Recommended Posts

Currently trying to run the Malwarebytes scan on two machines but it just stays like that forever.

 

Checked on our business access and both machines endpoint isn't populating.

 

Is there any fix for this? 

Have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling it few times but hopelessly.
