Running Malwarebytes from a USB stick

I see the USB Tool is EOL.  I need to run Malwarebytes on another PC which may be infected. I prefer to run it from a USB stick I created.  Is this possible with the current version?

Hi.  

The program has to be installed on the Windows machine to be scanned.   The program does not run off the USB nor any other removable device.

In other words, the program has to be installed in Windows .....since it is a application that runs in Windows.

Be very careful with USB.   Be sure it is clean.

You can download and save the setup file for Malwarebytes to a USB.

Do a sneaker net transfer .....insert the USB to the "patient pc".

Copy the setup program down to the Downloads folder or to the Desktop  ( as an example).

Once that is there, run the setup to do the installation.
