After building my own gaming rig in January, everything has been running smoothly, however I've been running torrents and as a result I tried to check my vulnerability. I noticed when I open task manager, CPU usage starts at 100% and lowers to ~10% on idle.

I already ran and found some malware through Malwarebytes and Roguekiller, as well as Windows Defender

If anyone's willing to shed some light that'd be wonderful. I don't recognize any impact in games at all, so I could be wrong.
