How to download and install Premium on iPad IOS 12.3.1

I have a Premium subscription to Malwarebytes and wish to add this protection to my iPad operating IOS 12.3.1. Where might I find good instructions on how to pull this off? 

Currently I'm protecting two iMac desktops.

Your current Premium subscription is only good for PC, Mac, Android and Chromebook as mentioned near the top of this page.

You must download the free app from the App Store as covered here and then pay for for the additional Premium protection to the App Store. This is the only way that Apple will allow such upgrades.
