new user here with issues with the license

Recommended Posts

Recently I purchased a license," Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 3 Devices 1 Year PC Key GLOBAL" at g2a.com the vendor mentioned that license was for windows only, but, it is possible to read here that the licenses are valid for different platforms: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-2637

So, assuming that the article at the support side was correct, and assuming that the "3 devices key global" would apply to the previous link, even if that was a license for windows, I bought.

My surprise arrived when I tried to add my second device, an android tablet, license is not the right format, on windows everything went well, ID and license worked without issues.

I am now a bit lost, what is cover by that article at the support? what is going on with my license? is malwarebytes releasing licenses only for windows? is the vendor trying to be too clever? should I say enough to malware bytes and go back to trendmicro? I never had issues with them, and all the licenses were valid as expected on different platforms).

Chat for malware bytes is not avaiable, probably due timetables? Find a way to contact support directly is a nightmare, for whatever the reason is, the page is just stuck when I access from myaccount to support, so here I am.

Any help is appreciated.
