Stevenson Posted June 24, 2019 ID:1318661 Share Posted June 24, 2019 Please can someone tell me - I am NOT a techie - what I have to do in response to being told that I do not have real time protection unless I "allow the system to load Malwarebytes System extensions" I have no idea what this means and trying to be 'intuitive' has not worked. Massimiliano Posted June 24, 2019 ID:1318663 Share Posted June 24, 2019 You must open the macOS SYSTEM SETTINGS; double click on the SECURITY AND PRIVACY icon; GENERAL tab; next to the options related to ALLOW APP DOWNLOADED from, you MUST see an ALLOW button. Just click on this button. If it does not appear, it must retry to activate THE PROTECTION IN REAL TIME in MALWAREBYTES and at the request to allow the system extension do the above.
