Traces of Malware/virus cant be removed or keeps coming back

--- MY ISSUES -------------------------

1) Malwarebytes keeps informing me of either "broken.opencommand" or "Hijack.WindowsUpdates" every few times I run it. Sometimes it returns nothing.

2) Upon startup I get a message saying "C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL". I know its been removed but how do i stop this message?

3) Avira tells me there are 6 invisible registry enteries but takes no action:

[iNFO] The registry entry is invisible.

[iNFO] The registry entry is invisible.

4) Avira tells me the following files cannot be scanned:

[WARNING] The file could not be opened!

5) Thank for the help. This is driving me crazy.

--- EXPLANATION OF HOW I GOT WHERE I AM NOW --------------------------------

I was victim to the virus/trogans that tried to get me to download windows antivirus 2009. It took over my pc, I couldn't boot in safe mode, run task manager, or do a system restore. I used Avira boot disc to alow me to get into safe mode, then ran Malwarebytes and Avira. Everything seems fine except I could not enable windows update and everytime I ran Malwarebytes, it found the same 2 problems.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\BITS\ImagePath (Hijack.WindowsUpdates) -> Bad: (%fystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs) Good: (%SystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs) -> No action taken.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv\ImagePath (Hijack.WindowsUpdates) -> Bad: (%fystemroot%\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs) Good: (%SystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs) -> No action taken

So I found this forum

I followed directions and ran WUS_Fix.exe, this allowed me to enable Window Update. I did not follow the second step because it seemed specific to the posters Hijack log. I ran Malwarebytes again and I get 2 errors caled "broken.opencommand".
