Apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong area/forum, but I submitted a support ticket and have not heard back yet.

How do I turn off my auto-renewal feature of my subscription. I wish to cancel my account, and I do not see anywhere in the account overview page where I can do that.

Thank you for your help!

Greetings,

To deactivate auto-renewal simply contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and inform them that you wish to cancel auto-renewal for your account.  Please be sure to include relevant information so that they can lookup your account including, if possible, the reference number from your purchase and/or the license key and/or the email address associated with your account (the one you used when you purchased your license).

You may also find the information in this support article to be helpful.

I hope this helps, and if there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know.

Thanks

IMHO we should not have to contact Malwarebytes for this, it should be available in the my account portal where one manages their subscriptions.

This isn't the case. Contacting Malwarebytes Support is not automatically required.

If you have a 2Checkout subscription for Malwarebytes Premium, MyAccount can be used to cancel automatic renewal. To access this, refer to the following KB article. Note that the actual option to cancel automatic renewal is not depicted in the images. The option is only visible to 2Checkout subscription users.

If you have a Cleverbridge subscription for Malwarebytes Premium, the original confirmation email sent when the subscription was purchased contains a "Manage Subscription" link that can be used to cancel automatic renewal.

Awe, many thanks for that information, it will help the masses that come here with that issue.

Agreed, however I'd like to see it documented somewhere.  The only relevant KB article that comes up when you search 'cancel subscription' in the knowledgebase is this one and it just says to contact Support.  A single method, accessible through the My Account feature for all subscriptions, regardless of the e-commerce handler would be nice, and a much better user experience in my opinion.
