Signing in using license id and key?

I just reset my computer and low and behold, I don't know my malware bytes account, it says my emails aren't registered. I have my license id and key, which are perfectly working. I was wondering if there is a way to find out my username or email or simply just log in plainly with them.

Please also refer to the information in this support article to sign up at My.Malwarebytes.com to manage your account if you haven't done so already.  Info on changing the email address associated with your account can be found in this support article and details on deactivating your license in order to reinstall/reactivate it can be found in this support article.

Also, as Porthos mentions above, if you still have trouble retrieving your license/account info just contact Malwarebytes Support directly via the form on the bottom of the first page he linked to and they should be able to assist you.

i said i don't have access to my account, i just have the licence id. So the problem is i don't know the email to my account i just have the licence id, so the fix would be easy if i had access to my account, problem is i just can't get in without knowing the email.

If you never signed up for an account at my.malwarebytes.com then your account doesn't exist yet, meaning you can now create it using your current email address (it's easier if it is the same email address you used when you purchased your license, but if that isn't possible for any reason then you can create your account first using your current email, then add your license key to your account so that you can manage it).  Instructions on adding a lifetime key to your account can be found in this support article and instructions on changing the email address associated with your account can be found in this support article.

If that still doesn't help then simply contact Support as Porthos suggested by filling out the form on that page and they will assist you.  They have direct access to the backend of the licensing system so they can reset your key for you and associate it with your current email address if needed.
