Grammarly Add-in for MS Word

I updated to Windows 10 1903 yesterday, and now when I open MS Word, the Grammarly add-in causes Malwarebytes to close Word. I have confirmed this by disabling the add-in, which "stops" the problem. Is there a fix for this? Anyone else experiencing this? What can I temporarily turn off in Malwarebytes to get my Grammarly add-in to work?

I downloaded the Grammarly latest update and applied it manually. Malwarebytes then behaved normally. It appears to be a problem between Grammarly updates with their Word app and Malwarebytes. MS Office does not recognize the Grammarly for Word app either - so something is amiss between these apps. At any rate, I can now open my Word documents without Malwarebytes thinking there is an eploit to block.
