Greetings,

If you haven't done so already, please create an account at My.Malwarebytes.com using your current email address (you'll find instructions on signing up in this support article) and then add your license key to your account by following the instructions in this support article.  If you've already created your account but need to change your email address, you'll find instructions on how to do that in this support article.

Once that's done, assuming it worked, go ahead and deactivate your license key.  You will find detailed instructions on how to do that in this support article.

I hope this helps, however if you still have trouble then please contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and they will assist you in getting everything set up.

What does not work @Janwietze

The first link provided should allow you to directly contact our Support Team and have them directly assist you if you're unable to resolve the issue on your own.

Are you not able to access the support link to fill out the request?

https://support.malwarebytes.com/community/consumer/pages/contact-us

Thank you again

Ron

Excellent, the Support team will get the issue sorted out.  They have direct access to the licensing system and can associate your license with your current email address for you so that you'll be able to login and manage it in the future.
