Need help removing Localhost:6061 proxy virus

Recently I noticed a manual proxy setting turned on, every time it turn it off i find it turned on again

it displays

Address: http=127.0.0.1:8080;https=127.0.0.1:8080 <-loopback>

and my laptop can't open any site without running a vpn like hotspot shield because of that virus .

please help 

 

i ran FRST, Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner and  Microsoft's " Malicious Software Removal Tool"

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

It seems like the problem has stopped for now! im attaching the fixlog as requested if you see anything else in there that could help please let me know :)

nvm turns out i could just restart the computer,
today in the morning the problem started over as if nothing had been done
