New Computer has Re-Loader by R@1n

I just purchased a new refurbished computer from someone locally recently, installed AVG and then Malwarebytes and saw Malwarebytes found a bunch of "potentially unwanted" things, then I noticed alerts that my Windows was not activated. I asked the guy I purchased from about it and he said he would fix it remotely with a Teamviewer program that was already installed - thankfully I recorded the screen as he did it as he used Reloader to activate it and I was able to search what he made exceptions for in Malwarebytes to run it and "activate" the computer again. 

That lead me to here, please tell me everything that's wrong with my new computer - security is more important to me than convenience and I told him I wished he would have told me he was going to use an activator as I would have declined - and wouldn't have bought the computer in the first place. Can I secure my computer or would it be better to literally start from scratch?

 

firstscan is the first scan that showed me a laundrylist of "potentially unwanted" stuff and "blocked activity" was the program he had to add to exceptions in order to run the reloader.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
