Your license failed to activate

I am using the Malwarebytes managed client. Anti - Malware and Exploit are working fine and are licensed.

Hello Geekf,

 

I see you are having some difficulties getting your Anti-Ransomware license to register.  I will be creating a case and sending you a follow up email for us to do some troubleshooting regarding this.

We are now getting this too. I loaded keystone outside our firewall and I get a 403 - forbidden

Keystone is only meant to connect to the application, it will deny your attempts to check it using a browser. A better test is attempting a telnet to it on port 443.
